By entering into a collaboration with us Social Media Web Solutions, you (the “Creator”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Brand Collaborations
The Creator must have a minimum of 5,000 genuine followers on Instagram to be eligible for brand collaborations facilitated by Social Media Web Solutions.

The Creator must maintain an active and engaging presence on Instagram, following platform guidelines and ensuring a positive reputation.

The Creator must follow guidlines & tips provided by Social Media Web Solutions in order to grow on Instagram.

2. Collaboration Process
Social Media Web Solutions will actively seek and negotiate brand collaborations for the Creator.

The Creator must provide all necessary content (images, videos, captions) for each campaign in accordance with the brand’s guidelines.

The Creator must meet deadlines and approval timelines set by the brand and Social Media Web Solutions.

The Creator must create single Reel for Social Media Web Solutions and collaborate with us on Instagram guided by the team of Social Media Web Solutions, as its a barter collaboration.

As a new Creator your post will be shared by social media web solutions profie page and other places to get more engagement.

3. Content Approval and Brand Guidelines
All content created by the Creator for a brand collaboration must be approved by the brand and Social Media Web Solutions before posting.

The Creator must adhere to the brand’s guidelines, including tone, style, and messaging, to ensure alignment with the brand’s values.

4. Creator Responsibilities
The Creator agrees to deliver high-quality, authentic content for brand collaborations.

The Creator must not engage in activities that could harm their reputation, the brand’s image, or Social Media Web Solutions’ reputation else strict action will be taken.

The Creator is responsible for following all Instagram policies and local advertising regulations, including disclosing sponsored content (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).

5. Exclusivity
Social Media Web Solutions may have exclusive rights to arrange brand collaborations for the Creator, depending on the agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Social Media Web Solutions will process payments to the Creator within 24 hours after receiving payments from the brand.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days’ written notice.

In the event of termination, the Creator will be entitled to payment for completed collaborations only.

If the Creator fails to comply with the terms, including quality standards and deadlines, Social Media Web Solutions reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this collaboration will be resolved amicably between the Creator and Social Media Web Solutions. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning all aspects of brand collaborations, including payment terms, content details, and brand information.

Social Media Web Solutions will not disclose any confidential information about the Creator without prior written consent.

11. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions may be updated by Social Media Web Solutions as needed. The Creator will be notified of any changes in advance.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Media Web Solutions operates.

By participating in brand collaborations through Social Media Web Solutions, the Creator agrees to the above terms and conditions.
