There could be several reasons why no one views your profile on Instagram. Here are some possible explanations:
If your posts is not getting likes, comments, or shares, Instagram’s algorithm might not prioritize your content, that makes it less visible to others.
1. Infrequent Posting
Irregular posting can lead to a decrease in followers and engagement, causing your profile to seem inactive. If you are’t posting regular Instagram algorithm will make it less visible to others and that makes your profile look inactive as a result you will have no new visiters to your profile.
2. Poor content quality
Posting low-quality or irrelevant content might not attract or retain visitors. The problem is you created a video, and upload it to Instagram but you are not getting views even you post frequently, because according to IG the resolution is too low (does’t meet IG standared).
Instagram always recommend to upload high quality videos.
3. No clear niche or focus
Without a defined topic or expertise on a particular category, your profile might not attract a specific audience. Niche can be as broad or specific like, with popular choices including gaming, food, music, fashion, and beauty.
You should have a specific niche to make your audience feel confidence on you and that’s when your viewers will enjoy your video and keeps them engaged.
4. Inadequate hashtags
Using irrelevant, overused, or too few hashtags can limit your reach. In simple word using irrelevant hashtags will attract the wrong audience, who may not engage with your content leads to low engagement or no engagement.
5. No engagement with others
Not interacting with other users can make your profile seem isolated. if you don’t engage with other profile through comments, likes or DM. The more you engage, the more people will see it and they will engage with your content and that will increase your visibality.
6. Profile not optimized
A incomplete or optimized profile (e.g., no bio, profile picture, contact info or account purpose) makes is harder for a user to reach your account. Make sure you optimize your profile before you start posting (its important).
Check instagram settings to increase profile visits
Its an important update by Instagram that will decide who all are recommend to your content, check them to increase your profile visits. Follow the steps
- Go to Instagram profile “settings” by (three line on top right side)
- Click on “suggested content” under setting
- Now click on “Interested”
- Check what type of post Instagram recommend to your profile.
- Go to Instagram profile “settings” by (three line on top right side)

- Now click on “Interested”
- Check what type of post Instagram recommend to your profile.
If you don’t find any post under Interested section that means Instagram still didn’t understand your topic, which is one of the reasons you don’t get more visits on your IG profile.
To help make IG understand your category or topic you have to tell Instagram about your topic, that you want to see on your feed and also target your viewer get to see your content on the same topic.
For that you need to follow this steps:
Click on “search icon”, (you will find at the bottom of any page on Instagram)
On the “search bar” at the top, you need to search your niche or topic that you create content on, and open any video of your niche.
Once you are on the video, click on the “three dots” you will find on the right side below the share icon.
Now click on “Interested” and your are done
Repeat the process for 4 to 5 times and mark interested on your niche content videos, this will make the Instagram algorithm understand your category that your are interested and want specific niche audience for your content.
